Stapleton Stats
Stapleton Stats is a monthly newsletter providing comprehensive real estate statistics for Denver's Stapleton Neighborhood. You'll be hard pressed to find a more complete analysis of the Stapleton market anywhere else. Additionally, if there is any market trend or statistic that's not included...but one that you'd like to see. Please let me know and I'll do my best to include it in subsequent editions.
There are three distinct sections of Stapleton Stats. They include the following: Market Snapshot, Market Trends, and Property Listings.
Market Snapshot
Snapshot provides a quick view of the current month's activity compared to the prior month and same month a year ago for Residential property types. Snapshot data is typically updated monthly within five business days following month-end.
Market Trends
Trends provides a monthly comparison for the current year and prior year on a variety of key market statistics. Included with the full email version of the newsletter are graphical representations for the following: number of properties sold, average sold price, average price per sq-ft, average days on market, average discount for sold properties, and break-down by seller type.
Property Listings
Listings includes specific details on all sold, active, and under contract properties for the current month. Details included address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, sq-ft, sold or list price, price per sq-ft, and days on market.
